Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to the Customer, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
6.2 Customer Data. As between the parties, the Customer retains its rights in Customer Data, subject to the rights granted to the Company in these Terms. The Customer grants the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, sublicensable to its service providers, to host, copy, transmit, process, analyse and otherwise use Customer Data to provide, maintain, secure, support and improve the Services and to generate Aggregated Data. 6.6 Retention and export. Upon request made before or within 30 days after termination, the Company will make Customer Data available for export in a standard format. The Company may thereafter delete or de-identify Customer Data within a commercially reasonable period, subject to any retention required by law and to routine backup cycles. Termination does not affect the Company's rights in Platform Data.
6.7 Confidentiality of Customer Data. The Company shall not sell Customer Data or disclose it to any other customer of the Services.
6.8 Feedback. The Company may use any suggestions or feedback provided by the Customer without restriction or obligation.
