How does the free trial work?
You get every feature of the Pro plan for 60 days. No card is needed. At the end, pick a plan to keep going. If you do not, your account pauses and nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. A new price applies from your next billing period.
Do you help us set it up?
Yes, on every plan. We help you add your services, staff and client list, and connect your receipt printer if you have one.
Does it work on phones?
The front desk works in any modern browser on a computer or tablet. Staff and owners also get the StyleDesk app for Android and iPhone.
How do clients book online?
Every salon gets its own booking page. Share the link on WhatsApp, Instagram or Google Maps. Clients choose a service, a stylist and a time, and the booking lands in your calendar.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No. Any computer, tablet or phone works. To print receipts you need a standard thermal receipt printer and our small printing app on one Windows computer in the branch.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data is yours. On Pro and Business you can export to Excel at any time, and on any plan we will send you a full export of your clients and sales if you ask.
Do you offer a one-time licence instead of a subscription?
For some salons, yes. Contact us with your branch count and we will explain the options.
